Resources: Best Practices

"The current learning collaborative has proved to be such a positive and rewarding experience for me personally & professionally. It is great to make connections with others and communication is much improved! Hats off to WSB/Elizabeth for recognizing the need, securing the inital learning collaborative grant, and coordinating this effort! The requirement to define PDSA's and complete QI measures, in spite of the work involved, has also been positive and significantly changed my view of process improvement.

Through the collaborative, the newborn hearing screening program has become my passion here at work...and I am glad our work is going to continue and expand through this new grant
