Tips to Find a Provider

Timely referrals to appropriate providers are critical for reducing loss to follow-up. 

Use this page to search for pediatric audiologists or pediatric opthalmologists who can best meet the needs of the infant and family. 

  • Level 1 Audiologists provide follow-up hearing screening services as well as certain hearing aid services. 
  • Level 2 Audiologists provide follow-up hearing screening services as well as comprehensive diagnostic audiology services including Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) testing as well as other traditional pediatric test procedures.
